Restaurant Emil is an exclusive grill and seafood restaurant, known for its excellent cuisine and distinctive atmosphere in the historic vaulted cellar of the former Union Brewery in Dortmund.
My responsibilities included developing a marketing strategy, designing a range of print materials and creating restaurant events. I also managed website content, the restaurant’s Facebook and Instagram channels, and search engine optimisation (SEO).
